DESCRIPTION:The State of South Carolina is moving from the 2018 International Residential Code (IRC) to the 2021 IRC on January 1\, 2023. Take this class to get a thorough review and explanation of the significant changes to the International Building Code and the adopted South Carolina Modifications.
