DESCRIPTION:BIA Members are invited to a General Membership Meeting on Thursday\, August 12 starting at 5:30 p.m. at Seawell's.\n\n\n\nWe'll start with cocktails and networking and then open the buffet for dinner. We'll then cover some association business\, welcome new members\, recognize SPIKES and more.\n\nOur special guest speaker for the evening is Leland Colvin\, Deputy Secretary for Engineering with SC DOT. He'll tell us about the Carolina Crossroads project and can speak to any current and on-going roads issues handled by the department. We're also pleased to welcome Rep.
