Our goal is to open lines of communication between builders and county staff to foster a good working relationship and work through any issues of concern before they become problematic.\n\n\n\nMembers are asked to register in advance for these meetings.\n\nSee the agenda for this meeting below.\n\n\n\nLand Development 9:05am\n\nRecap of issues covered at last meeting:\n\n\n Staffing and workflow of permits and plats\; plan review process\n Addressing/GIS: improving speed\; common areas need recorded addresses and 911 integration\n Planting Ordinance: timing of planting\, bonded plat and irrigation. \n\n New Issues:\n\n\n Projected procedures for Concurrency Requirements\, and progress to this point\n Ordinance 23-17 and the new overlays\n\n Building Department 9:35am\n\n\n As built surveys will now be required to verify house placement. Any home less than 6' from property line would need extra attention( fire rated soffit or wall etc)\n Building permits are held up for other departments.
