The students worked in groups\, each building small sheds/house\, allowing them to apply knowledge learned in the classroom and practice workplace skills. This learning continued online during the COVID 19 pandemic. Upon program completion on May 26\, BOOM has 8 students prepared for entry level positions to include jobsite helper\, general laborer\, carpenter helper\, etc. \n\n \n\nOn behalf of BOOM\, we would like to invite your organization and any sub-contractors you may work with to participate in an online interview with these 8 students on June 23\, 2020\, 9:30 a.m. 11:00 a.m. As an employer\, you will have the opportunity to interview these students during this time\, spending 8-10 minutes with each student.
