DESCRIPTION:The High Performance Building Council will have their first Quarterly Meeting of 2020 on Thursday\, February 13 at Seawell's. All HPBC Members and BIA Builder Members are invited to attend at no charge with pre-registration at our website.  Dinner and Drinks included.\n\n\n\nOur topic is Moisture Control in the Construction Process. A representative from SkyeTec Energy Rating and Testing Services will let us know of the latest moisture sensing technology and how it is used to find and prevent moisture issues before they become problems. They'll also tell us about the 45-L Federal Tax Credit that allows a $2000 tax credit per house back to the builder if they meet certain criteria.
