Based in Newington\, CT he was named HBRA of Central CT's Remodeler of the Year in 2010\, NAHB's Graduate Master Remodeler of the Year in 2011\, and NAHB Educator of the Year in 2012. The class deals with Alan's 10 (actually 11) basic rules for making money in remodeling specifically\, but applies to all construction companies. It touches on margin and markup\, labor burden\, goal setting\, pricing\, planning\, getting referrals\, getting outside help and more. \n\n \n\nAfter the class\, in-person attendees will enjoy cocktails and dinner.
