Central SC Habitat for Humanity wishes to engage a subcontractor to work, on a recurring basis, on structural needs within their Neighborhood Revitalization projects.  Work will include, but not be limited to:

1. Replacing floor beams due to rotting floors caused by leaking pipes, improper drainage, etc.;
2. Installing finish flooring after repairs; and
3. Repairing/replacing rafters damaged by natural/manmade causes.
