2021 Tour of Homes

Columbia’s Largest Open House of New Homes for Sale is the 2021 TOUR OF HOMES this September 11-12, 18-17, & 25-26 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays.  The annual scattered-site showing will offer new homes, featured communities, and featured apartment/townhome communities for your inspection. 

The Building Industry Association of Central SC is proud to announce Hurricane Builders is the Builder of the 2021 Showcase Home in the TOUR OF HOMES. The five bedroom, four bath house, located in Amber Creek, will display the latest trend in new home design, décor, technology and more.

The Showcase Home provides the perfect opportunity for BIA members to present their products, materials, technology and craftsmanship to home builders, remodelers and thousands of potential customers. The Showcase Home is an anticipated event in Columbia, SC event, with an audience attendance, during the building process and The Tour of Homes, of over 7,000 consumers and industry partners.
