As Director of Strategic Marketing, Bill assists Great Southern Homes in exploring new market opportunities across South Carolina and leads the research and advertising components of the business.
Previously, Bill led the marketing activities of LandTech, a privately-held residential developer headquartered in Columbia, SC with operations spanning the East Coast.
He served as Marketing Director of Lake Carolina, a 1,850-acre mega-community for the 10-year period ending in 2008.
Bill holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina with a concentration in marketing research. He earned his B.A. from Furman University.
